Charlie offers 39 years of work and leadership experience in the energy industry prior to going into business for himself. Having benefited from those experiences that taught him how to listen more and speak less, giving his attention to the needs of a client. He believes success is accomplished through a strong faith, investing in relationships and teamwork.

When Charlie is not working, he enjoys spending time with family as well as hiking, biking, and skiing in the Treasure Valley as well as fishing the waterways in the state of Idaho and Montana.
