Charlie is an experienced real estate professional that enjoys working with people. He is capable of partnering with you to help you accomplish your goals. Having lived and worked in the Northwest for the majority of his life, he understands the environment and culture making it easier to navigate the real estate market. Charlie offers 39 years of work and leadership experience in the energy industry prior to going into business for himself. Having benefited from those experiences that taught him how to listen more and speak less, giving his attention to the needs of a client. He believes success is accomplished through a strong faith, investing in relationships and teamwork.

When Charlie is not working, he enjoys spending time with family as well as hiking, biking, and skiing in the Treasure Valley as well as fishing the waterways in the state of Idaho and Montana.

Keith Kellum has been a business owner in Boise since ‘06 and is so excited to aim that community focus toward his passion for real estate.  He graduated from Boise State and became a licensed Real Estate agent in the spring of 2021.
